The beach seat is not included in the price, but it can be booked through us (while our beach seats last). The price for the 2026 season is Euro 105.00 for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd row per week, and Euro 90.00 from the 4th row onwards per week.

Within 48 hours of your arrival, check in online by filling in the appropriate form that you will find by clicking on the link received in the email confirming your reservation.
In compliance with anti-COVID regulations, only one person in the agency per household (the reservation holder) is allowed at check-in on the day of arrival.
Payments by cheque, cash up to the legal limit, Visa, Mastercard and Bancomat credit cards are accepted. American Express is not accepted. It is possible to pay for your stay by bank transfer as long as it is credited to our account before your arrival.
We would like to remind you that upon arrival, in addition to the balance, a cash deposit of Euro 100.00 is to be paid, which will be returned on the day of departure, as well as the sojourn tax.
For any arrivals outside these hours, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can organise acceptance and delivery of the keys.

Initial and final cleaning is included in the price, but we also ask that the flat be left tidy and free of rubbish and food/personal items.
The refrigerator must be defrosted, dried and left open.
For any out-of-hours departures, please contact us to arrange departure and return of the deposit.
